why dubai ? because dubai from old was name ( alosal ) signify run to front . and dubai not stop but go to front , either dubai services regimen electronic and divers services for people citizen and raiser facilitating from regimen to people , but i dont no why ? remaining part emirats not go to electronic services for facilitating to people ??!!!
